PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. With respect to items sold by SafetyBob.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Product Return Policy Information

PRODUCTS THAT ARE OPENED ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do accept Returns for unopened Products, which are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Please be advised you are welcome to buy as many products as you wish but understand we will ONLY REFUND unopened products. We do not match any company’s guarantees and/or warranties that they advertise on Television, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers, Mailings, etc. Our return policy overrides any and all policies set forth by other companies even if they are the manufacturer and/or supplier of the products(s).

Although there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits issued. Shipping charges are NOT refundable! All returns will be assessed a service and handling return fee of $10.00 per credit issued. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. Credits are not issued until the product is received back into our shipping facility. The terms of this guarantee are subject to change with or without notice.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Live Training Events:
Safety Management Consultants, Inc. is in the business of selling safety training information & providing safety training courses and consultation for our clients. Some of our live training courses can be purchased up to one year in advance. You may purchase events online, through a faxed order form or enroll via telephone. If you enroll via phone, you will be asked personal information to be placed on an enrollment form and charged a percentage of the total program fee. You will sign your sales slip the day of the training event at registrations. Due to the nature of the courses, course work, cost of printing of material, and training venue, we have a NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR TRANSFER POLICY on all of our live training events. If you wish to withdraw from an event, we will allow you to use the proceeds for up to one-year for another Safety Management Consultants, Inc. sponsored training event if you provide in writing within 30 days prior to that event. HOWEVER, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A REFUND BE OFFERED!

VHS/DVD Orders:
If for some reason you receive a defective media (VHS/DVD), Safety Management Consultants, Inc. will exchange it free of charge within 30 days of shipping. Please notify us immediately if you receive a defective product. Following normal industry practices, refunds cannot be made on open VHS/DVD products. Safety Management Consultants, Inc. will only accept returns on unopened VHS/DVDS. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of unopened VHS/DVDs, unless otherwise authorized by Safety Management Consultants, Inc. All VHS/DVD returns are subject to approval by Safety Management Consultants, Inc. Within 5 business days of our receipt of the unopened items(s), Safety Management Consultants, Inc. will credit your credit card for the cost of the items(s), less shipping charges.

Shipping and Handling Information

Safety Management Consultants, Inc., and/or SafetyBob.com ship the majority of our online orders within 3 business days (unless otherwise specified) from the date your order is received. Most orders shipped by FedEx to addresses within the continental United States are generally received by our customers within 7 business days from shipment. If SafetyBob.com is out of stock on any item you order, you'll be notified by email within 48 hours of placing your order.
